Fry up that cube steak

This is actually quite good, especially if it's cold outside and you need to add calories to your diet to stay warm. It's the chicken-fried steak ($11.99) at Cowtippers. I got used to eating this dish regularly when I lived in Houston and needed a break from tacos. You get a choice of two sides with the dish. The collards ain't bad, but were weirdly sweet. You can take care of that with a substantial shot of vinegar. My friend Frank went delusionally "healthy" and got the edible but hallucinatory vegetation soon to be outlawed by the Masters of the Drug War. Oh. You should go for the white gravy.
