Kirkwood Bar & Grill has officially bitten the dust. The controversy-riddled restaurant at 1963 Hosea L. Already, the building is being marketed to new tenants, East Atlanta Patch reports.

This week, Eater published a rendering for the luxury development Buckhead Atlanta and noted a curious logo in the corner of the image. The developmental drawing suggests that NYC burger restaurant Shake Shack - which was previously thought to be opening two locations at Ponce City Market - may be arriving in tandem with all that high-end shopping in 2014. No guarantees yet; details as they come.
