The one at right advertises the local outcome of his visit. His next monthly cheese class - 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 15 - is entitled "America's Dairyland: exploring classic cheese from the state of Wisconsin."
As of Thursday, 10 seats were still available. Cost is $25 and, considering what cheese costs these days, that's a bargain.
