Visions of Chinese food dancing in your head? Well then the Temple is the place to be this Christmas Eve.

For many, Chinese food on Christmas is a tradition. What if you could eat Chinese food, on a buffet, and be at the Temple and have it prepared by some of Atlanta’s finest chefs and benefit a charity while doing so? All that can happen, next Wednesday.

Chefs Todd Ginsberg (The General Muir, Fred’s Meat & Bread, Yalla), Eli Kirshtein (The Luminary), Jarrett Stieber (Eat Me Speak Me), and Seth Freedman (Forage and Flame Culinary Services Company) will cook up a feast at the Heeb X-Mas Eve Farm-To-Table Super Chinese Buffet. The menu: Reuben egg rolls, sweet and sour soup, Peking duck, smoked chicken wings, braised greens with beef, kung pao tofu, scallion pancakes and, vegetable stir fry — kosher style.

All proceeds from the evening will benefit the Global Growers Network, a nonprofit organization that helps refugees grow food for their communities and earn extra money at local farmers markets.

Prior to the 7 p.m. dinner, there will be a 6 p.m. cocktail hour. One drink is included with each ticket. Prices are $65 for adults, $25 for children 12 and under, and $650 for a table of 10. Tickets can be purchased here.
