Atlas at the St. Regis Atlanta makes its debut

The St. Regis Atlanta’s long-awaited new restaurant, Atlas, is slated to open Mon., Jan. 26 at 88 W. Paces Ferry Road. Boasting artwork by the likes of Picasso, Freud, Bacon, and Chagall — culled from Great Britain businessman Joe Lewis’s famous Lewis Collection — the Johnson Studio-designed restaurant is slated to become a staple of Atlanta dining and hospitality. Abiding Atlanta chef and restaurateur Gerry Klaskala will serve as consulting chef alongside chef de cuisine Christopher Grossman, who most recently worked with Thomas Keller at The French Laundry. Diners should expect a daily-changing menu that includes potato-leek clam chowder, ginger-marinated black bass, braised leg of Alabama rabbit, and oat-crusted Blue Ridge trout.
