Chopping, dicing, slicing. These are things chefs do every day. Now add to this peeling, as in peeling off their clothes. Yep, dozens of Atlanta’s finest chefs are going au naturel in the name of charity. In support of the Farmer Fund, a local nonprofit which provides aid to metro Atlanta farmers in the face of natural disasters, a slew of chefs will swap their chef coats for an aprons-only photo shoot. The brainchild of Lauren Carey of Peachtree Road Farmers Market and Darla Synnestvedt of Farm Burger Catering and Events, the cheeky calendar will be photographed by Stacey Bode at Decimal Place Farm.

?
Participating chefs including Jarrett Stieber of Eat Me Speak Me, Ford Fry and his team of chefs, Jenny Levinson of Souper Jenny, Joey Ward of Gunshow, and Steven Satterfield of Miller Union will be paired up with local farmers including Joe Reynolds of Love is Love Farm, Ross and Rebecca Williams of Many Fold Farm, and Jenni and Will Harris of White Oak Pastures. You probably have drooled over food in their restaurants and now you can drool in the privacy of your home.

?
The first time anyone will see the photos will be at the calendar launch party on Mon., Aug. 10 at the site of Peachtree Road Farmers Market, Cathedral of St. Philip. Local breweries and restaurants will serve bites and beer. Breweries: Creature Comforts, Eventide, Monday Night, Orpheus, Red Brick, Red Hare, Second Self, Sweetwater, Terrapin, Three Taverns, Wild Heaven, and Wrecking Bar. Participating restaurants: Kevin Ouzts (Cockentrice), Suzanne Vizethann (Buttermilk Kitchen), Patric Bell-Good (Max’s Wine Dive), Nick Melvin (Venkman’s), Matt Marcus (Portofino), Zach Meloy (Better Half), Thomas McKeown (Grand Hyatt Buckhead), Chris Hall (Local Three), Cameron Octigan (Leon’s Full Service), and Jeff Wall (Kimball House).

?
Local Three’s Chris Hall, who was astonishing on the mic at Team Hidi 3.0, will preside over a live auction. Tickets are $65 and include one copy of the calendar of chefs in the raw. Food and drinks flow from 6 to 9 p.m.
