Atlanta History Center Thurs., Sept. 3, 6 p.m. Steven Satterfield, Root to Leaf Join award-winning chef Steven Satterfield for a lecture on his critically-acclaimed book Root to Leaf: A Southern Chef Cooks Through the Seasons. Satterfield, executive chef at Miller Union, was named the “Vegetable Shaman” by Sam Sifton of the New York Times and believes in using all edible parts of a plant in his dishes.
