Who says summer is prime festival time? Local DIY extravaganza NOPHEST returns today, Dec. 7, through Sun., Dec. 9, for a second year with more than 50 bands (Cinetrope, A Fight to the Death, No River City, Blanca Noche ...), an outdoor market featuring the newly formed Atlanta Craft Mafia, a Dailies Atlanta film series, and a performance from Liana, an aerialist with the World's Tiniest Queer Circus. And get this: Those 21 and older can bring their own beer. Can't beat it. $10-$25.
