Ivy Hall is the writing and cultural arts center of SCAD Atlanta and sits on a small hilltop at the corner of Ponce de Leon and Piedmont avenues. Also known as the Peters House, it is one of the first homes in Georgia thought to fully embody the Queen Anne-Victorian architectural style. The building underwent a major renovation after the Savannah College of Art and Design gained ownership in 2005.
