The AJC Peachtree Jr. 3K is a family-friendly event that allows kids, ages 7-12, to experience the fun of running their own version of the AJC Peachtree Road Race in a safe and noncompetitive environment. Prior to the AJC Peachtree Jr., the Lil’ Peach 50M Dash, ages 6 and under, will take place at 8:15 a.m. The AJC Peachtree Jr. has partnered with Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta’s Strong4Life initiative again this year. The mission of Strong4Life is to help Georgia families take simple steps to improve their health and combat the rising trend of childhood obesity.
