Atlanta-based songwriter Deidre McCalla celebrates the release of her new album Endless Grace with a big birthday show on Sunday, June 26 at Eddie’s Attic in Decatur. A Black woman, mother, lesbian, feminist, and performing songwriter for almost 50 years, she releases her first new album in 19. Produced by Julie Wolf (Indigo Girls, Ani Difranco, Maceo Parker, Carly Simon) and featuring an all-star band that includes Vicki Randle (Jay Leno’s Tonight Show Band), the album infuses gospel, blues and southern country sounds into her authentically honest folk songs.
