Michelle Malone Band

From the venue:

Michelle Malone, a longtime American roots rock artist described as an underground Georgia music legend, will perform. The artist has been called a “satellite member” of the Indigo Girls by Amy Ray, has worked with The Kristian Bush Band, performed with the Atlanta Symphony with Gregg Allman and Chuck Leavell, and has a solo career approaching 40 years. Her 17 studio albums span road-house rock, blues, folk, and alt-country. Her live shows are upbeat and authentic, engaging and soul-stirring, and her latest album Southern Comfort features guests Buddy Miller, Rick Richards (Georgia Satellites), Will Kimbrough (Emmylou Harris), Charlie Starr and Paul Jackson (Blackberry Smoke), and Randall Bramblett, with American Songwriter praising it as a wealth of alluring and enticing entries and the Atlanta Journal-Constitution lauding it among the year’s top albums.
